If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following policy to understand how you can initiate a return, any applicable fees, and the timeframes involved.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of our blue light blocking glasses under the following conditions:

1.1 Timeframe: You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

1.2 Condition of Product: Returned products must be in their original condition, including:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Original packaging, including any accessories, cases, and cleaning cloths.
  • No signs of wear and tear or scratches on the lenses.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: Please provide your original order number or proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) when initiating a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized glasses.
  • Prescription lenses, if applicable.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@gledaj.ba with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include the following details:
  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful for us to improve).
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  1. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.
  2. Return Shipping: Pack the product securely, including all original items and packaging, and label the package with the provided RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

4.1 Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning the product for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4.2 Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please use the return shipping label we provide.

4.3 Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are charged for standard returns. However, if the product is returned in a condition different from what was stated, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price may be applied.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

5.2 Refund Timeframe: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

5.3 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for products that are returned with missing components or show signs of use.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@gledaj.ba within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
